Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, we will provide you with all the necessary information for your exchange or return.

 

RETURNS

Having second thoughts? No worries, we are glad to help.

We can accommodate returns of merchandise worldwide. To receive a full refund please return the merchandise within 30 days from the day you received your order. Only FULL-PRICE MERCHANDISE is eligible for REFUNDS. SALE ITEMS are eligible for STORE CREDIT only. CLEARANCE ITEMS are FINAL SALE only, no refund, store credit, or exchange allowed. 

Please make sure your items are returned with all original Vestem tags attached and padding in place. Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the costumer. Items returned with makeup marks will not be accepted. 

All returns using the FEDEX return label provided via e-mail will have a daily rate, depending on your zone, withheld from the refund amount for shipping & handling, you will be informed of this value once you request your return label.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund or store credit for the amount paid for the returned items, minus the shipping & handling cost. Returns will be credited to your original form of payment or issued as Vestem store credit. 

Steps for returning your purchase: 

1. If you would like to create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact us at (305)805-3599 or care@vestem.com

2. Once you have received your return label via e-mail, place your return items in the provided shipping package and place the FEDEX return label outside of the package.

3. Arrange a pick up with the shipping carrier or drop your shipment off at your local FEDEX store. For Fedex, call +1(800)463-3339.

4. Once Vestem receives your shipment, processing may take up to 15 business days to complete. 

We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. However, you can return your items using any secure means, but we may not accept liability. EXCHANGES

Love your purchase but need it in a different size? We’re happy to exchange it if we have it in stock. 

In order to make sure you get the item you want before it sells out, an exchange requires you to purchase the item again in your preferred size and return the original back to us. We will ship your new order right away. Once your return has been processed, we will reimburse you for the return. 

Please follow the above guidelines and policy to return your undesired items. 

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURN OR EXCHANGE

At Vestem we pay rigorous attention to our product quality. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise please contact us immediately at (305)805-3599 or care@vestem.com and we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund. 

 

NO RECEIPT RETURN

If you do not provide a packing split, electronic receipt, or invoice along with your return items, Vestem will reimburse you for the current online price for the item. 

 

GIFT RETURNS

Gift Recipients may return gift items or items purchased using a Vestem gift card for Vestem store credit only. 

 

NOTE: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
